The domain name www.loanvidhi.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is owned and operated by Vidi Meth Digital Services (OPC) Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its corporate office at 147 Aambagan Road, Sakchi, Jamshedpur – 831001, Jharkhand, India (hereinafter referred to as " LoanVidhi ").

LoanVidhi offering our services to arrange Secured and Un-Secured Loans from various banks, doing financial planning which helps the customer to understand his future needs and we work towards that common objective which does include Portfolio management services. Our aim is to bring in innovative ideas and cutting edge technology to transform the Indian financial sector.
Eligibility
The user should have completed 18 years of age and be competent to enter into a contract under Indian contract law.The Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users suspended or removed from the
LoanVidhi system by LoanVidhi for any reason whatsoever. If you are a minor i.e. under 18 years of age who is intending to avail the services of the Website should do so through his or her legal guardian in accordance with applicable law.
User Jurisdiction
If Website is used from outside India, it is entirely at the user’s risk. The Website makes no representation that its contents and other features are available or otherwise suitable for use outside India. If the Website is used and accessed from or in locations outside India, the user shall ensure that the usage of the Website is legal and valid under applicable law of the user’s location. The user agrees to undertake all liabilities, responsibilities and consequences under applicable law in connection with the use of the Website from or in any location outside India. The user accessing the Website from any location outside India agrees and consents to enter into separate or additional terms as may be required by LoanVidhi at any time.
User can use and access the Website is free of charge. LoanVidhi does not charge any fee for browsing. LoanVidhi reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time, changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website notifying the users in advance. LoanVidhi reserves its right to charge the users for the use of the Website and provision of the services through the Website and all taxes as per applicable Indian law. All fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees.

You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force) and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations (including, but not limited to GST, Income Tax, Octroi, Service
Tax, Central Excise, Custom Duty, Local Levies) regarding Your use of Our service. You shall not engage in any transaction in an item or service, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force.

You may need to install updates that we or any third party introduce from time to time to use the services, Website including downloads and required functionality, such as bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions, missing plug-ins and new versions (collectively, "Updates"). It is important to understand that insurance is a subject matter of solicitation and market risks. The display of insurance products and services offered through the website does not, in any manner, amount to LoanVidhi Insurance promoting, soliciting, procuring or effectuating an insurance product or otherwise transacting a matter on behalf of any Insurance Company.

LoanVidhi’s liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of fees, if any, paid by you to LoanVidhi.
LoanVidhi its affiliates, associates parties or service providers and technology partners make no representations or Warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Website or that the operation of the website, will be error free and/or uninterrupted. Consequently, LoanVidhi assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of:
Any interruption or errors in the operation of the Website. You expressly understand and agree that shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if LoanVidhi has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoanVidhi including affiliates, associates and their respective owners, licensee, directors, officers, agents, employees and partners from and against all actions, proceedings, claims, losses, damages and costs (including attorney fees) and other expenses suffered or incurred due to or attributable to or arising out of
i. violation of any applicable law, rules or regulations
ii. breach of any representations, warranties or covenants of the user
iii. breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies;
iv. the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use of this agreement shall be governed by Indian law and the courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand shall only have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

Because LoanVidhi has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that LoanVidhi is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that LoanVidhi shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Local Laws
LoanVidhi controls and operates this Website from its headquarters in Jamshedpur, India and makes no representation that the materials on the website are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this Website from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all marketing or promotional materials found on this Website are solely directed to individuals, companies or other entities located in India and comply with the laws prevailing for the time being in force in India. Disputes if any shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

Severability : If any clause of the User Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the User Agreement.
Waiver : Any failure or delay by a party to enforce or exercise any provision of the Agreement, or any related right, shall not constitute a waiver by such party of that provision or right. The exercise of one or more of a party's rights hereunder shall not be a waiver of, or preclude the exercise of, any rights or remedies available to such party under these Terms of Use or in law or at equity. Any waiver by a party shall only be made in writing and executed by a duly authorized officer of such party.
General
The Platform provides the Users access to various financial products offered by the financial partners of LoanVidhi. LoanVidhi is merely a facilitator providing the Platform to any person in need of financial products and does not directly provide any financial services to the Users. LoanVidhi is not an organization registered with the Reserve Bank of India and does not hold any license to engage in any activities relating to lending or borrowing. LoanVidhi is not a Financial Institution under the Companies Act, 2013 or the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 or any other laws for the time being in force in India. LoanVidhi is also not a deposit taking company or a chit fund or a company offering any investment schemes as per the rules and regulations for the time being in force in India.
LoanVidhi is a service provider facilitating the access between person willing to lend and person in need of borrowing. The final decision as regards lending and borrowing is also subject to the choice of the financial partner and the Users in their respective capacities as lenders / borrowers.
In the event You wish to avail any of the products displayed on the Platform, You will be required to provide certain information and our representatives will contact You through phone or email to understand your requirements.
LoanVidhi provides various services, including but not limited to the following (“Services”):
i. Facilitating provision of loans to Users by various banks, NBFCs and other financial service providers who are partnered with LoanVidhi;
ii. Assisting the Users to obtain a credit card or other financial products from various banks who are partnered with LoanVidhi;
iii. Assisting the Users with insurance offers from its partners;
iv. Assisting the Users to obtain their credit report through authorized agents partnered with LoanVidhi. LoanVidhi will monitor and update the credit report obtained by the User through the use of the Platform as and when LoanVidhi receives such report from the authorized agents.
v. Provision of support to the Users in verifying the financial capabilities of Users;
vi. LoanVidhi will also provide you with spend analysis which analyses your income and expenses which is obtained by LoanVidhi by way of bank SMS scraping and through its integration with third party service providers.
vii. In the event You have registered Your phone number on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ registers with Your network provider, You shall ensure to take all steps to enable the Company’s representative’s contact You via phone to provide details about different financial products and You shall ensure that such calls received by you are pursuant to You providing us with information and you shall not register a compliant with the relevant authorities for the same.
For the provision of the above-mentioned Services, LoanVidhi will be using and sharing the information of the User with multiple financial institutions and other parties, as may be required for the purpose mentioned above and LoanVidhi shall also run multiple credit checks to be able to get the best available offers to suit the needs of the Users. The collection, storing, use and transfer of information shared by the User shall be governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
